Spring Break... (Part 2)

We packed up and headed to St. Louis for the NCAA Wrestling Tournament! We were excited to spend time with GiGi & Poppy and Paul & Kellye...and see some good wrestling! We got to see some old friends! It was great to see all of you....Susan B., Brandy & Zack E., Elizabeth K., John A., Matt A., Ty got to see Pat P., and more.

We were excited to take Kate to her first NCAA tournament! We got a suite this year so that we could take her. It helped soooooooo much! We couldn't have gone otherwise! Here is sissy Day 1 in her OSU cheerleader uniform! She looked so cute!

30 minutes into the first session....I had a snoozing baby on my lap! Actually allowed me to watch quite a bit more than when she was awake!

Spending time with GiGi!

Poppy loves carrying Kate on his shoulders! Kate loves it too! She especially loved it when he would skip! She kept saying "more more". (About gave mommy a heart attack!)

GiGi & Poppy brought Kate a tent...new boys, books, and videos to help keep her busy and happy while we were at the tournament.

Day 2....Kate was ready for more wrestling! She kept saying "Go Guke" (which was suppose to be Go Luke (Manuel).....she may think we were there watching cousin Luke but that's ok! Anytime she sees sports on TV now...she says "Go Guke...Whoo!"

Kate stayed very busy during the finals! She had a bucket full of "Little People" that she played with for a very long time up on the window of the suite!

Halfway through finals....out again.... didn't wake up again until we got back to the hotel. And even then, she was saying "night night". Poor baby...between the 5 days before with my family in town...and us dragging her back and forth to the sessions....she was tuckered out!

She was sooooooooooo good on this trip! She was so flexible!!!! Slept when she needed to sleep...where~ever we were....slept all night in the pack-n-play in the hotel room, played, went to a big nice lunch with a huge group...whatever we asked of her...she did it....with a smile on her face! What a good little traveler we have!

I am kind of jealous, Blake hasn't been asleep in my arms since she was about 10 months old and that was after I took her out of the car seat already asleep. I think we are at the point where it is a crib or nothing. Kate seems very adaptable and it looks like you had a great time. See you this weekend!!!!!!!!!!!
