Kate had her very 1st Birthday Party on Saturday, July 27! It was at our neighborhood pool (Bent Tree West Swim & Tennis Club) We invited our family and several of our and Kate's friends. We were so tickled that so many were able to come celebrate with us!
Kate did so well with all the people and attention! She swam a little bit, played with her friends, ate a hot dog and some cheetos and then ate her birthday cake! She just went into a stare when we sang the birthday song! We had balloons, lots of ducks, duck balloons, beach balls, and beach balls with ducks on them! (ha ha ha)
We came home and opened presents! Kate loves all of her new toys and clothes! It was a great day! We enjoyed reflecting back over the past year. We loved having family and friends with us to celebrate this sweet baby's first year!
